Early Pastel of Landscape with Sail Boats and a Cottage - Large

Here is a great looking original piece of artwork. Can not read the signature. This is a Pastel of landscape with sail boats and a cottage and mounted in a gilt frame. Measures 17.75" high x 39.75" long. Appears to be in very nice condition. I see a small line type mark near the cottage. A small amount of dirt marks in the top left sky. Frame look early and has some wear on the edges. A great painting in a pastel. Please ask any questions. Thanks.
