Lionel Canadian Pacific 2296W Super O 2373 Passenger Set

One of the most important Post-War train sets by Lionel. This is the No. 2296W Canadian Pacific Passenger Set that Lionel made in 1957. This set features the No. 2373 Canadian Pacific F-3 AA Diesels. Dual Motors with magnetraction and horn. (1) No. 2551 Canadian Pacific Illuminated "Banff Park" Observation Car; and (3) Lionel No. 2552 Canadian Pacific Illuminated "Skyline 500" Vista Dome Cars. This set is better then most. It is in excellent condition - as seen in the pictures. Engine runs well in forward and reverse. The decals are good showing some wear as pictured. The power unit has one little scratch on the top side (see pics). The passenger cars are really clean. No oxidation, wheels show very little run time. I see one spot on the top of a Vista Car. And, one bottom name stripe is missing on one of the cars. A great set for your collections. Please ask any questions. Thanks.
