A nice bottle - the 1990 San Felice Vigorello - Red. Bottle in good condition. I remember this was highly rated when it was released.

The Tenuta San Felice lies in the commune of Castelnuovo Berardenga in the southern portion of the Chianti Classico district. It encompasses some 1500 acres, of which 470 are in high-quality vineyards. Now owned by European financial giant Gruppo Allianz, under whose supervision the estate has grown both quantitatively and qualitatively, San Felice is strongly focused on development through scientific research. Its "Vigorello" is the original Super-Tuscan, first made in 1968, and while that first vintage was made of 100% Sangiovese, subsequent vintages have been blends of Sangiovese and Cabernet, a careful selection of grapes intended to produce a wine of "vigor," of power, energy and character. The 1990, from an exceptional vintage, is 70% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet; it has an elegant bouquet with a harmonious, full, dry finish.
