Lionel 2025 Engine 2466WX Freight Set 2411, 3464, 2457Here is a Lionel postwar O gauge Freight Set. It consists of a No. 2025 2-6-2 Steam Engine with its matching No. 2466WX Whistle Tender. Comes with the following freights - a No. 3464 NYC Box Car, a No. 2411 Flat Car, and a No. 2457 metal Caboose. Selling this set in "as is" condition. Here is what I see, the engine runs in forward and reverse, however, could use a cleaning and lube to run better. The engine appears to have some overpaint on the top. Also, someone drilled a hole through the cow catcher. The tender whistle did not presently work. Has been overpainted and has two wires coming from the back (?). The freights are as pictured. The 2411 is missing stakes and its load. The Caboose looks to have a replaced truck on one end. Offering all in one lot - with NO RESERVE. Selling as is, so please ask any questions before bidding.
