J & E Stevens Owl Turns Head Cast Iron Mechanical Bank

This is the J & E Stevens "Owl Turns Head" cast iron Mechanical Bank. It measures 7-1/2" tall. Designed by James H. Bowen, patented 9/28/1880. You put a coin into the top of the branch, press the lever - the owls turns its head, and the coin is deposited into the bank. This bank is in very good original condition as seen in the pictures. No breaks or cracks. Great natural colors. Both eyes need to be replaced. Don't miss this one!
