Lionel Train Set No. 2205WS, 736, 2046W, 3484 + Set Box
Here is a nice freight set of Lionel "0" gauge postwar trains. Set No. 2205 WS from 1953. It was called the "Lionel Iron Horse". It includes the No. 736 "O" Berkshire 2-8-4 steam locomotive, with its 2046W "Lionel Lines" whistle tender. Also, included are the freights - No. 3484 Pennsylvania Box Car, the No. 6456 black Lehigh Valley Hopper car, the No. 6415 Sunoco 3-Dome Tank Car, The No. 6468 Baltimore & Ohio Auto Box Car, and the No. 6417 Pennsylvania caboose. Additionally, we have a USC in box, some paperwork, all the individual boxes except the 736 Engine box, and the Set Box.
Overall the condition is excellent - as seen in all the pictures below. You should be able to see the condition well, and as always if you have any questions, let me know. The 736 loco is cosmetically very nice. A couple areas of wear to the high areas, but overall a nice looking engine. The engine will need a lube to run. Wheels are locked. The tender also looks great - whistle works well. The freights are all in very nice shape. Some minor wear, but as you can see in the pictures they look good. The boxes have all their exterior flaps. Missing some interior flaps and coupler flaps. I see some minor repairs. The set box is missing one of its interior flaps. Don't miss this nice Lionel postwar set. Thanks.
