Barclay Lincoln Kansas Toys Slush Open Hood Racer

Here we have a neat "open hood" slush racer with original white rubber tires. Can't identify the maker - possibly Barclay (?). Size is 3-3/4" long. I do not see any breaks or cracks. On tires has a piece broken from it. Says "Made in USA" on bottom. A nice one!
