Scarce Lionel No. 8 Trolley 'PAY AS YOU ENTER' Circa. 1908

Here is a wonderful and rare original Lionel item. One of only a few known to exist. This is the No. 8 standard gauge Trolley, New York manufactured, prior to the New Haven, Connecticut 1910 plant opening. Marked "8" on the sides, rather than the more common "No. 8". The trolley measures approximately 20-1/4" long. This one has all original paint, and stamps. Nice original scrolling on the front and back. Headlight is disconnected up front. One side's graphics are a little stronger than the others. Great yellow bottom. Don't miss this one for your collections - will be hard to find another.
