High Grade Lionel Prewar No. 226E Locomotive w/ 2226W Tender OBHere is wonderful looking Lionel Prewar O Gauge Steam Locomotive - the Lionel "O" Gauge 2-6-4 No. 226E steam locomotive, with its matching No. 2226W Whistle Tender. Comes with its original BOXES plus Inserts. Engine measures 10-3/4" long not including the couplers. The Engine and Tender are in near mint original condition. Both show very little run time and wear. The engine has that new looking patina. The engine has been tested and it runs well in forward and reverse and cycles beautifully. Lights up underneath. The whistle on the tender also works. The engine box has all its flaps, but all of them have been reinforced inside with tape. It does have its original double insert The tender box has both end flaps, missing interior flaps. End flaps have also been reinforced to the box.
