Lionel Early Prewar O Gauge 2100W Passenger Set w/ 224 2466W 2442 ++

Here is a neat set of early prewar Lionel "O" Gauge Trains cataloged in 1946. The Set includes a very nice Lionel 224 steam engine with its No. 2466W Tender. The Engine is pulling the brown heat stamped tinplate Passenger cars - (2) No. 2442 Pullmans, and a No. 2443 Observation. Flying shoe couplers. Comes with individual BOXES. The Engine is in excellent plus condition with little wear as pictured. Engine ran well in forward and reverse when tested. The Tender is also in similar condition. Whistle worked. The Passenger cars show some wear, but overall are very nice. Some oxidation underneath, and two of the pullmans are missing their window inserts. Engine box has its original insert. Missing flaps on one end. The Passenger car boxes have some tape on them, and are missing some flaps. This is a nice set - not to be missed. Please enjoy all the pictures. Buy with confidence.
