This is near MINT condition. Bright colors nice clear graphics and finish. Just a few little chips of paint on the frame in the front of one side where the frame was bent a little (see pics). A couple minor surface scratches on the top. Wheels look virtually UNRUN. Box is in nice shape. Has price written on both ends, and someone added a paper label to one side.
