Lionel Postwar Set 1621WS Set Box 6464-475, 6519, w/Box

Here is a great postwar Lionel train set No. 1621WS with all interior boxes, accessories, and set box. It includes the No. 2037 steam locomotive, with the 6026W whistle tender. Also, the freights - No. 6825 Flat Car with Trestle Bridge, the No. 6519 Allis Chalmers car, the 6062 NYC Gondola with orange reels, the No. 6464-475 Boston and Maine Box Car (in its original box), and the No. 6017 caboose. The set comes with 7 interior boxes, the transformer, track, smoke pellets, advertising signs, instruction manuals, a connector, wire, and the Type C Display Set Box.

This is one for your collection. The set is like new condition - as seen on the photographs. Very little run time if any. I took a lot of pictures so that you can see all. The 2037 loco is cosmetically beautiful. It is "O27" scale. Paint is close to 100%. We put it on a track and it works well. The tender looks just as nice. I really don't see any problems with the trains themselves. The boxes are as seen in the pictures - in fantastic condition for a 1959 set. The 6519 box has its front starting to come off the perf. A couple of minor tears. I've also included a picture of the set as it appears in the 1959 catalog for your reference (catalog not included). This is a nice offering.
