J.E. Stevens Frog on Base Cast Iron Mechanical Bank NRThis is the "Frog on Base" Mechanical Bank, made by J & E Stevens, Pat 1872. By pressing on one foot, the frog's mouth opens - insert coin, and it drops into the bank while the frogs eyes wink. Size is 4-3/8" in diameter. This bank is in good condition. Nice paint variation. No breaks, but a small chip out of the base as seen in the pictures. Mechanism working. Price: $731 SORRY! SOLD!
