Lionel Postwar Set # 2515WS 646 Loco 2046W 6800 3444 ++

Here is a highly sought after Set of Lionel "O" gauge trains from 1958. Called the "Mainliner Freight" Set No. 2515WS. This Set includes the No. 646 4-6-4 steam locomotive with operating headlight, the No. 2046W Whistle Tender, the No. 6800 Flat Car with Airplane, the No. 6424 Flat Car with Autos, the No. 3444 Animated Gondola, the No. 3662 Operating Milk Car, and the No. 6427 Porthole Caboose. Also includes all individual boxes plus the Set Box. Overall condition is excellent on this set. Engine and tender show very little run time. Cosmetically beautiful. Tender has a scratch on one side (see pictures). The tender does have a small hairline on its front (see pictures). Engine ran, but will need cleaning and lube to run perfectly. Whistle works. The freight cars are really very nice. Some showing hardly any run time. Would rate in the excellent plus or better area.The boxes do show some wear. Some flaps are missing, and some flaps have been reinforced. The set box shows wear as pictured, and has one side reinforced with cardboard backing. This is one not to be missed.
