Nice! Lionel No. 2503WS 665 O Gauge 1958 Freight Set 6801 6434++

Here is a very nice Lionel No. 2503WS Freight Set made in 1958. This postwar set features the Lionel O gauge 665 steam locomotive, its correct No. 2046W whistle tender, a No. 6801-75 flatcar with boat, a No. 3361 operating lumber car with wooden load, a No. 6434 poultry dispatch car, the No. 6536 M.St.L. hopper, and a No. 6357 caboose. Also comes with all the Individual boxes, contents of the packet, and hard to find Set Box. Includes all that is pictured.

Overall, a real beautiful set. I took many pictures for you to see all the detail, and if something is not clear, please let me know. The Engine and tender are ourstanding. The engine is the rubber stamped version. The tender has the graphics on the side. Both look almost new. The Engine box is also very nice with one end still sealed. The tender box has tape on the inside of both flaps, a repaired tear, and some staining. The freights are all in excellent or better condion. Light run time. The 6434 box is missing an internal flap and tape on the other flap. The Hopper car box has one flap that is taped shut. The other boxes all have tape on the inside flaps. The Set Box has general wear and some repairs. On corner and one flap have a glue repair, some skinning, reinforment with tape inside on one corner. I believe the pictures tell the story well.
