Lionel Set # 1613S w/ 247 Steam + 6826 6819 6821 LN/OB

This is Lionel Set No. 1613S "027 gauge" Steam Freight Set that Lionel made in 1959. This set includes the No. 247 Blue-Stripe Steam Engine, with its matching No. 247T Baltimore & Ohio Streamline Tender. Also, the following somewhat hard-to-find freights - the No. 6826 Flat Car with Christmas Trees, the No. 6819 Flat Car with Helicopter, the No. 6821 Flat Car with Crates, and the No. 6017 SP-Type Caboose. The trains in this set are in excellent to like new condition - as seen in the pictures. Most show little run-time. The engine has some of its side lettering showing wear. The tender is like new. The freights all look very nice. A little oxidation setting into a couple on the metal parts (see pictures). Original Christmas Tree load. Original Crate load - and the original helicopter that has a complete tail. Individual boxes are all missing their perf fronts. Some missing end flaps. Set Box is in excellent condition. Engine runs.
