American Flyer Prewar O Gauge # 1218 Engine w/ (3) 1201 Pass. Cars

Here is a neat set of American Flyer prewar "O" gauge trains from the early 1020s. It features the No. 1218 Locomotive in black, with (3) "Lightning Bolt" No. 1201 six inch 8-wheeled red Passenger Cars. I do not know the history of this particular set, but let me describe to the best of my ability what I see. The engine runs great! It has its original paint, but I see some touch-up on the top roof. Wheels have been replaced. Stamps on the sides are week. Overall the passengers cars look good. On one side of the first pictured #1201 there is some overpaint. The rest are fine. Some oxidation on some of the trucks. One roof shows a lot of scratches. A great looking set. I took lots of pictures for you to see the condition, and if you have any questions please let me know.
