Wonderful Lionel Freight Set # 2201WS, 685, 6026, OB +

This is a very nice original Lionel "O" gauge postwar set - No. 2201WS from 1953. This set includes the No. 685 die-cast Steam Engine with smoke, headlight and magnetraction, only made in 1953, with its matching No. 6026W Whistle Tender, the No. 6464-50 M&SL Box Car, the No. 6465 Sunoco two-dome Tank Car, the No. 6462 Gondola and the No. 6357 SP-Type Caboose. The set also includes a UCS Remote Control Track Set, 8-pieces of curved track, and 4-pieces of straight. And a smoke tamper. All that is pictured!

I would call the condition of the trains excellent plus - as seen in the pictures. They show some run time, but not much. Cosmetically, the set is in real nice condition. The engine runs in forward and reverse. The tender works fine. The boxes are the only thing that shows more wear, as a couple of the flaps are taped. Also, missing the engine box. The set box is sealed on the bottom and there is a shipping label on the top flap that has some damage and writing. All in all a great looking set - you won't be disappointed in this one.
