Lionel #253 Electric Loco w/ 610 610 612 Terra-Cotta Passengers

What a neat set of Lionel prewar "O" gauge trains! Here is a Lionel No. 253 Terra-cotta Electric Locomotive with maroon frame and cream windows - pulling (3) terra-cotta/maroon 613, 613, 614 passenger cars. Makes up Set #138E. Not often seen in these colors, this makes a great looking set of trains. These are in very good condition, and I believe the pictures tell the story. The engine was put on a test track, and it did run in both forward and reverse. Wheels are original and do show a little wear. The name plate underneath is loose on one end. Original paint, showing some scratches. The cars all look very nice with some missing handrails and some paint wear as pictured.  One set of wheels on a 613 have been replaced. Some oxidation on the 614 Observation. Please ask any questions. A nice set of Lionel trains.
