Lionel Prewar # 226E Steam Locomotive w/ 2226W Tender - Nice!

Here is one of my favorite Lionel Steam Locomotives - the Lionel "O" Gauge 2-6-4 No. 226E steam locomotive, with its matching No. 2226W Whistle Tender. Engine measures 10-3/4" long not including the couplers. The engine overall is in very good condition with some paint wear and minor scratches - as pictured. The front cow catcher has a worn bottom rim. The tender is similar with some wear. It has the correct die-cast shell with rubber stamped lettering, nickeled journals. A nice Engine and Tender set.
