Lionel Standard Gauge No. 400E Locomotive Black Band Nickel Trim

This is a unique Lionel Standard Gauge train. A black with nickel trim and black bands 400E 4-4-4 Steam Engine. This would have to be 1936. I do not know the history of this piece, so your guess as to its originallity is as good as mine. I have had some people look at it, and some feel its correct, others repainted. It looks to me that the frame has been repainted. Also the front cow catcher. When tested the Engine lights up and runs in forward and reverse. A neat piece. Please feel free to ask any questions.
