Lionel Postwar Set # 1471WS 2035 Loco 6466W 6454 3469 +SET BOXHere is a neat set - the No. 1471WS Freight Set that Lionel made in 1950/51. Intrestingly, this is a 1949 style set box. (?). This 027-Gauge Set includes the No. 2035 Diecast Steam Engine with Headlight, Smoke and Magnetraction, the No. 6466W Whistle Tender, the No. 6454 Box Car, a No. 3469 Auto Dumping Ore Car, the No. 6465 Sunoco Double Dome Tank Car, a No. 3461 Automatic Lumber Car, and the No. 6357 SP Type Caboose. Also includes the individual boxes, (2) bins, a No. 6019 Track Set - and the original Set Box. Offering all that is pictured. This set is in very good condition. The engine is in very good condition. Some wear as pictured. When tested in ran in forward and reverse. Engine Box has a very nice original insert, but box is worn, has tape and is missing some flaps The 6466W tender is in excellent condition. Whistled when tested. All the cars are in nice condition, but some of their BOXES have tape and show wear. The 3451x box is missing its flaps on one end, and there is no box for the 3469 Dump Car. Set box has a separated corner and a stain in one corner. Some top crease wear. I believe the pictures tell the story on this set, but please ask any questions. Thanks. Price: $202 SORRY! SOLD!
